Budget Android smartphone.

So my HTC Evo is dead at last (RIP), and I’m looking for a new Android phone for under 150 euros.
I’ve looked around, read some reviews and finally stopped at Google Nexus 4 E960. The only thing stopping me from buying it right now is that based on reviews the camera quality is quite bad (which is probably because most of users don’t know how to properly set it up, let’s be honest :D).
So are there any alternatives, any Androids I might have missed that are actually better than Nexus 4 at this price?
wiko has a fair amount of phones in that price category, might want to take a look
Moto G, hands down best budget Android. I have the older 1st gen 3G, bro 2nd gen 4G and both are amazing phones. Got updated to 5.1 by motorola a while ago. If you can wait and have the dosh, the 3rd gen is supposed to come out “soon”.

This. My sister has 2nd Gen and it’s a pretty good phone besides camera. The best you can get in this category.

Chinese brands are incredible value for the price. The Elephone is pretty ridiculous.

The only thing I hate about Moto G 2nd gen is 1gb of RAM. Other than that it looks fantastic.
Been happy with my Honor Holly for few weeks now, Nexus 4 broke and had to get a cheaper replacement and went with this.

If you can stretch to slightly nearer 200 euros
Elephone P7000 / P8000
Oneplus One
Xiami Mi4
LG G3
All have flagship or close to flagship specs (3GB RAM, 4g, 1080p screen, etc) and have decent support forums on http://forum.xda-developers.com/ for running custom ROMs to add new features like overclocking, removing manufacturer bloatware and extended battery life.

So If I can buy Nexus 4 is there a point to buying this then? Btw, were you happy with Nexus 4 in general?

The elephone is around 150euros. I see deals of it around £100-110 on hotukdeals

This has to be by far the best specced phone at that price.
You should also consider buying an old flagship that has big support on xda developers. Something like a 2nd hand Note3 or G3 are easy to root and install a custom ROM and have incredible hardware compared to what you would be buying new.
