Eat the same thing everyday with the same routine, don’t talk to anyone else beside yourself and the people you play with online. Don’t worry about insanity the game will likely be dead before it strikes!

You forgot optimal sleep and not having a social life to avoid hangovers/feeling pressured into not gaming
