Spaghetti with hot vegetarian tomatoe sauce.
You’ll need :
-choped Tomatoes in can.
-2 tooths of garlic (3 if you like it)
-2 Onions
-Olive Oil (it can be normal but olive tastes better_
-250g of Spaghetti Macaroni
-100g of cheese
-Spices; basil, oregano, chilli pepper, salt, pepper I use some curry as well
What to do :
Chop onion into really small pieces (smaller the better) pour oil to a deep pan or some pot, then frie onions at it as long as it becomes gold (it should be like 2-3 minutes). Then add the tomatoes and blend it. Now chop garlic in the same way as onion and add it, to a pot. Next add all spices in the amount you want to. Let it boil on medium fire about 5-6 minutes and mix it sometimes. Now its time for the macaroni. Fill new pot with water and spill 1 small spoon of salt into it and make it boil, now spill in the maccaroni and leave it on fire for 7-8 minutes (if you like al dente 6-7 minutes) now pound the cheese. When the maccaroni is ready pour it on strainer and cold with water for 10-15 seconds. Give it on plate, pour some sauce at it and some pounded cheese at the top.
Enjoy
Hope you like it :)
