The dangers of fructose (and indeed, HCFS) are grossly exaggerated, almost all of the research citing it as ‘deadly’ has been debunked. Some of the studies were even done on rats, RATS. Where groups of rats were overfed massive amounts of HFCS and compared against another group of rats on isocaloric diets. Complete waste of time.

Sprint training cycling or running:
1 minute rests, start with 20 second sprints and work up.
Upper body alternate between working your. Delts, traps, lats and ceps then on another day work pecs, tris and shoulders if you pref this.
Don’t bother doing abs sprint training will help your legs and cardio don’t fuck about with squats in your case.
Do sprint sessions before lunch, then eat fuckload for lunch. Go gym and lift before diner, then eat fuckloads for diner.
If you want you can do protein shakes for lunch and diner if you don’t think you’re getting enough protein. But I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. You’ll probably just shit less.
Don’t fuck about with creatine there’s no point, just eat something sugary before you go to the gym. You can worry about creatine if you want to look fucking huge in about 8 years time.
Don’t worry about your diet as well, you’re not toning or cutting.
You’ll see improvements in about 3 months if you’re dedicated. It needs dedication.
You’ll put more muscle weight on if you do your reps slower.
