what people before said, especially Cowboy and PSG :D I’d avoid Elfen Lied though outside of the great music its pretty pointless but tries to disguise it by pretending to be smart :D for pure visual goodness watch Black Rock Shooter (the original and the series), just skip through the high school drama and voila
Not really an anime but I would recommend Avatar the Last Airbender (NOT THE MOVIE OH GOD) and Legend of Korra, releasing soon!
