Looking to chip in with a few people to help pay for my dedi. Thought this would be a good be a good deal.

Pretty much, I have a standard VPN set up on my server which allows you to proxy your whole internet connection through it without doing anything (you just connect and everything runs through it automatically), I set it up so I could get through my college’s firewall when using my laptop, but a couple of other people living in uni accommodation have been using it too. Bassically it allows you to get past steam/tf2/website/port blocking, etc. Also since my dedi has such a sick internet connection is only in france, the difference it makes to your ping is practically unnoticeable (I actually ping lower to some servers using it). No limit on dowload or anything (you’ll be getting in trouble from your ISP/Uni long before it’s something that even bothers me

Anyways just an offer, £5/month if you’re interested. Give me a shout on steam. I can probably sort you out with web hosting, mumble servers, a minecraft server, or something else you might have mind too.
