The most hilarious thing about the bug is how most bf3 players don’t even notice it.
Real nasty audio looping and cracking during campaign cutscenes :/
But it sure does look pretty.
Having played this game a bit now here is my opinion.
Played about 2 hours of single player so far, looks pretty but its not very immersive, it just feels your walking from set play to set play, shooting people doesnt actually feel rewarding, just a chore, but the jet level was very well done.
Seems a bit buggy, server browser is gay
However, if there is one main reason to buy this game its 64 player online on a decent server! i always just filter multiplay servers – Its seriously the most fun you can have on any public in any game, love it.
Conquest, Damavand Peak on a 64 player server is the closest to war I’ll ever want to get
making a team for this, don’t really know what the format is going to be yet but should be awesome whatever it is!
give me a shout on origin if you fancy it! davesan2011

Negative mouse acceleration. (This is horrible and makes the game unplayable for me)
No way to show your ping (?).
Sensitivity bar without numbers, only a slider.
You have to launch it from your browser.
Own friend system within the game. Why can’t they just use your Origin friend list?
You can’t filter password protected servers from the server list.
You can’t place yourself in queue to join a server.
A lack of tweaking options in general.
Is this what we can expect from a game that claims to take the PC platform seriously in 2011?
Seems like what they mean by taking the PC platform seriously is tuning the graphics to the maximum, and nothing else.
graphics will never be at max when game gets released on consoles, im sure that if game wouldnt be on consoles they might aswell gone for extreme of 96 or 128 players and much bigger maps
and obviously it would be much better, but meh, thats what we have to deal @ 2011, its still a great fun never the less and much like bf2…just, optimised for consoles and better graphics
also reading bf3 dev twitter, they keep posting about known bugs and fixing it up some time in future

Game is sick (coming from someone who hasn’t and will probably never touch the single player campaign)

you’re aware amazon hosts quite many servers, they may well be rented. If not, that’d be funny indeed.

I got the same problem. Seems to be related to Realtek audio drivers.
