Looking for a laptop for TF2

I’m looking for a decent laptop around £1,000 for gaming, mainly for TF2, hoping to keep my fps stable above 120.
A desktop PC is not an option for me. (If possible the laptop should stop me from dying 30 times every map – thanks for the edit baerbel )

My laptop is pretty good.
I get ~100-200 FPS with chris’s max fps config (dx9). Dell Studio XPS 16, check it out. It’s super expensive on Dell’s website, but I got a fairly good one for £800 from a reseller, brand new, just had a small dent you barely notice.
Bassically I’m saying this, because its not a “gaming laptop”. It’s just a really nice, decent looking, light laptop with a good battery, that just happens to run games pretty well.
If you can find a version with the 4830 instead of the 565v/4670, go for it. It’s a much faster card.

I’ve used my Asus N61Ja at lan twice now, solid 100fps with chris’ dx9 cfg…
Was a 1000€ a year back, should be cheaper now.
I’m using a N53SN-XR2, don’t know if this specific model is available in Portugal but I think there are other N53SN’s or maybe N53SV’s available with similar specs. It cost me around 750 euro’s in the US. I’m able to run TF2 on medium with stable 120+, haven’t tested it on any higher quality since I cba. It’s got a i7-2630QM, GT550m and 4 gigs of ram.
I got my dell studio in 2008 – and its still going fine. I get 120fps with drops to 40-60 but its all good :P
