I have just started to get in to photoshop and im looking for pictures that i can have a mess around with. Does anyone know of any websites where i can get decent pictures of models etc? thank you.

Most pictures at DeviantArt have a copyright on them. It’d be better to look on sites made for stocks. Fringefx.net is a good one.

Yes, because as we know, people will know if you take their images and mess around with them in Photoshop. As soon as you hit save, you will be contacted by their lawyer. Because that’s likely.
usually crediting the original creator is enough
