To be fair, Steam is DRM in the same way as a lot of other schemes. It’s just it actually works properly and gives you other benefits in turn (i.e. chat, re-download the game at any point, screenshots, friends system, etc) for losing the freedom of non-DRM.
Also steamworks games are brilliant from a server admin’s perspective.

last hopeless try to make this game interesting? well just add new weapons that deal more damage then the weapons before, instead of fixing bugs and major performance probs :/

lol went down from 7k at peak, to 2k at peak.
