Sound level drop.

After latest steam update if I listen music (same with mumble) and alt+tab sound level in volume mixer drop to 13… How to fix it ?
I use windows mod and Windows 7

start>change sound card settings>communications> tick do nothing
Now it works fine. Thanks!
