Ye. Each league is supposed to represent a 20% skill bracket, except for masters which is the top 2% of diamond. (The new grandmaster is effectively just the top 200 in each region). However its a bit off. Just under 50% of all players are in bronze atm.

If this mini-tourney does kick off, will we be faced against people of our own skill level? I’d hate to have to get raped by some diamond dude w/ 4gate :c
