That isn’t hard when more than half the division drops :)
Not implying that they should or shouldn’t be in div2, just saying that it doesn’t mean much if you come in first out of 4 teams

We’re not to blame for half of the division dropping out. Dont see a reason to penalize anyone because of that.

it works like this:
the team I wont mention to be nice: looking for div1/2 6×6 on
the other team I wont mention: lets play
the other team I wont mention wins, they think they’re div1.
