As much as I love The Wire I have to agree with you on this. Also, the last season was quite messy except the finale. Unlike The Sopranos, where the final season was one of the greatest achievements of television history.

Great episode, probably one of the best in the season. Killing off a few characters – typical G. R.R. Martin.
About 40 Black Watch died on screen in that episode – wonder how many will be defending it next time :’)
