I havent read the book, but the game itself is very solid. The atmosphere is really something, can get scary from time to time. It doesnt feel like just another 2hour game.
I’d suggest Titan Quest + Immortal Throne (Titan Quest Gold on Steam, for a tenner) if you’re into Diablo-esque hack & slash. Very good game but few people seem to have played it.

Try something called Psyconauts :) Very cheap, so much fun, and its quite hard aswell. Beating the bosses is a pain sometimes.

Not hard at all, but the game itself is absolutely epic. One of my favorite games of all time. Check out Yahtzee’s review on it
