I have about 500/500mbit of internet to play about with on my dedicated servers. Thing is, on a home connection, for the vast vast vast majority of people (including most people on this forum), there is absolutely no practical reason for having anything better than 20mbit. A better upload speed sure, but download wise there’s no reason to have better than 20mbit.

Aye. I pay for 20mbit but I get 8 due to some old copper line to my home that doesn’t support any faster :<
I got a upload rate of 0.5 mbps. Is this why I’m only div5? :)
