What compression should i use in VurtualDub?

That’s up to you.

If you’re wanting to edit it after compiling the avi, go huffyuv or lagarith.

If you’re just wanting to compile and upload or distribute or whatever, compress to h264.

1)Capture in 120/240 fps with lagarith lossless.
2)Put the .avi straight into your editing program.
3)Edit.
4)Upload.
5)Get flamed.
