Can somebody that uses this help me i can never get it to work tried multiple times and tf2 never loads when i click the button, now im getting this error

steamstartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E5BC) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock.

if your an expert with this tool can you add me on steam and help me please xx
