demo crashes game :s

hi, whenever everything is on high and watching a demo my game just crashes after like 10 seconds :s
is there some kind of solution for this?
set the stuff lower? :D
what i experienced is when you try to go to a certain TICK in the demo, and that tick is further away than like 10000, it crashes. If that was your problem as well, try and go with small steps.
If not: does the demo just crash as soon as you “playdemo DEMONAME” it? Is it a “new” demo, and not one older than June 25 or so?
if a demo is too long its lagging if im going to far. but if im going a few ticks back (reloading the demo) then everything works fine so this could be a workaround for your problem waebi
but meyer for your problem i dont have a hint
does it also crash if you pause or slow it down? :x try everything, cause it’s the first time i’ve actually heard of a CRASH when playing it back.
maybe send the memory dump file to the developers, might help fixing it.
