Issues with pldx movie config

Okay, here i am with a cry for help….again

Well, the problem is,
i want to record a demo with the pldx movie config
I followed every instruction on the tutorial on their site http://pldx.com/tutorial/288/Capturing_Movies_In_Source_Engine_based_games/
But the demos wont record, my tf2 just crashes
so i type playdemo “demoname”
everything seems fine the game starts up, … but every time i use playdemo the demo
stays up for 1 second or less, and tf2 crashes.

i have tried reinstalling the config,
tried changing video settings.

nothing helped.

Any help/suggestions is really appreciated

won’t work with shift+f2 either?

yeah the config has lots of bugs and I’ve been working on a newer one:

tried with salmons config,
no luck

try resetting your config to default

are you sure that the demo isn’t broken? Have you tried another demo?
