Hi there !
I have some questions about moviemaking, especially when running the game: I’d like know how to:
– remove caracters sprites
– remove weapons “flashes” when they are firing. I want to use the smooth, but the demo I’m running is from a player who shot with his weapons sometimes. And… that’s it.

I don’t understand what you mean by the first one, but you can remove the flashes with viewmodel_fov 0

If you want to smooth a clean map (no player models) just create a local server, go to that map, record the demo, r_drawviewmodel 0 and then smooth.

I want to:
– use my .dem to smooth
– use the smooth to record a part of game
– use this same smooth to record the same part of game without models this time
– make a mix of the 2 records in the movie.
