Agreed, the charge is a bit too quick. Though the 125 hp you have doesnt last long when you have neither speed or the ability to jump while firing.
Plus I personally find it pretty hard to get consistent headshots.

Huntsman is perfect. You think OMG ITS SO GOOD when you use it, but then you switch to normal rifle and you get 2x as many kills.
