I have alot of clips these days from PCWs and such as soldier/sniper – and I was going to create a frag video with the help of my clanmates – uh, and well we bumped into some problems ( one is busy, the other guys vegas is f’ed, hes doing an own movie ).
And I thought it would be a shame to see all these clips get erased with the new update, and I was wondering – if anyone doesnt have anything better to do, could you edit my frag video – like as a project or whatever?
The reason why I cant edit/record; I play with lowest settings (+fps config) with around 15-30 fps, ( meaning that it would not be in good quality ), and my graphics card cant almost watch HQ on youtube, so that leaves HD out too ( also lack of experiance in editing is a pointer too ).

You can still record high fps footage with full settings regardless of your cpu etc. It just takes a lot longer. The startmovie commands record each frame, so if your cpu is slow in processing those frames it’ll take longer, but it won’t skip them even though your pc is bad.
Fraps on the other hand just grabs as many frames it is capable, which is why it is so bad.
I have a CPU of 1.3 GHz

Im supposed to record something and like, speed it up x times for it to look normal?
Wont that screw up the sound?
The video the startmovie command records is normal speed, just the recording takes longer because your pc has to process them. There will be no difference between a high-end rig and a low-end rig in the finished product. Just the recording will take longer.

And is there any solutions to my graphic card not suporting HD?

On that computer it will actually take hours to get a clip :P
Defur, how can you play tf2 with your specs? I can’t really imagine how it plays and looks. probabaly even worse to my tfc gfx with my hardcore rage128 :> I’d seriously consider to upgrade mate.
Well im 15 and I dont have that much money
