What computer program I have to use to record in 60 fps?

Actually googling that isn’t useful as stuff like fraps and dxtory are garbage for recording.
There are things which are only used for TF2 such as lawena recording tool, I would personally recommend this as it won’t rely on your computer like fraps and you can go much higher than 60fps.
