LONG SHOT - Broken Demos

I know its a long shot but does anyone have the means to rollback TF2 to the following dates. The demos were recorded between the dates below.
20th – 21st June 2009
20th – 22nd March 2009
I’m a complete noob to rollback, so not exactly sure what i would need. I guess its just the GCF’s. Is there an online source of past versions of TF2? Ignore that if its verging on piracy :)

damn i didn’t consider that the map files have to be the same aswell!
which official maps have had updates since those dates?!

I have *almost* every single version starting from 1.0.0.0 :)
