Fire screen bug, help!

Im watching a demo back and iv got fire around the screen as though the player is on fire when he isn’t. I remember there being a thread a while back (actually might have been on pldx) but i cant find it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it? I’m assuming there is a file i need remove or replace.
