Good day, gentlemen. I’ve decided to make a fragmovie and therefore I need you to send me some demos with sick frags :). The Ubercharge Tournament is rolling, the ETF2L AFS Season is about to start, so I think that there shouldn’t be any problems with getting nice footage. Here’s a small info about the movie.
It’s going to be a short (about 3mins) sniper fragmovie. My main goal is to create an interesting vid that you’d enjoy watching. In addition I need to practice my editing skills. But don’t worry, it won’t be overedited.

My requirements:
• You should send your demos in a RAR archive with the demo in it. There should also be *.txt file with the tick and your nickname, written the way you want it to be in the movie. NOTE: demos without ticks will be deleted.
• Send your demos to my email [email protected]. In the subject of the letter fill in “sniper movie” or something similar.
• You can send POV or STV demos, but it would much better to have them both.
• You can name the demos however you like because I’ll rename them later anyway.
• Don’t send demos with frags that were in the “Frag Clip Thread” or which have been on youtube for a couple of months already. We all know that watching old frags isn’t entertaining.
• No pickups or lobbies. Only cw, pcw or at least mix footage.

Here’s a small FAQ:
-Frags as which class do you need?
Obviously, sniper frags are required.
-I’ve got a demo with an awesome frag but it got broken by an update. Can I send it?
Sure, I know how to use rollbacks and probably I’ll be able to play it. I only ask you to add to the txt file the date when the demo was recorded. And you must be sure that the frag is there. If you’re not sure then just don’t send anything.
-When do you stop accepting demos?
I don’t know :). It depends of the activity of other users. If everything goes slowly I’ll wait till I get enough.
-Are Huntsman (bow) frags allowed?
Well, if the frag isn’t about spamming arrows all over the map, then why not?
-I have a already recorded video of the frag, but not the demo. Can I send it?
No. Just no.
-When the movie will be released?
Dunno. I work rather slow and I don’t like rushing. But I always finish my projects. So don’t worry.
-Can I send more that 1 demo?
Sure. As long your archive is’t 500mb. Just choose best 2-3 of them.

PS I hope that admins won’t mind if I’ll bump this topic from time to time. ;)

I might send you a demo of an air headshot on a demoman (he kills himself with a sticky afterwards, and raged in their mumble ^^)
My PC isn’t working atm though, so I can’t send you the demo yet

Well I wouldn’t really like to put lobby and pickup frags in a movie. I want to make good quality fragvid with good quality frags in it. But if you want you can still send your demo and I’ll check it out.
