Agreeing that it could be easy to hold if you’ve won the mid-fight, if the houses/walls close to mid would be changed in a way that walljumps would be much easier and possible from the most positions it would be more balanced i guess (?)

Really interesting map. Soldiers are probably going to have the most fun. Also I think that pushing the point without the demo is going to be super hard.

The map is interesting, if a bit too convoluted.

Found that the boxes could be uses to hide buildings and that the little garage door here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=257090190 could be used to trap players. I tested to see if you could get out the map from there to no avail.

Possible demo rollout http://youtu.be/9B3dRbpudds (For those wondering about health, after picking up the pack and with a full overheal at the start, I’m at the point on at least 160 HP every time)

I had some issues with the rollout though, mainly this beam http://s18.postimg.org/etbi4p42w/problem1.jpg not being clipped. I shouldn’t be clipping on small ledges like these.

Also, a mild inconvenience rather than a serious issue, is that this http://s28.postimg.org/g5vug8ju4/problem2.jpg gets in the way, and as far as I can tell it is pretty pointless being there. Now that I’ve noticed it, it also makes the room look horribly off centre http://s27.postimg.org/c3xcntx9u/problem3.jpg. I would like to see the whole room being stairs, but it’s not a huge problem.

This was the most likely rollout I could see being used in a competitive scenario, but I only explored the rollouts for maybe 10 mins, so there could be a better one.

Overall, I like the design and the shape of the map, although I disagree with the huge death pit. Also the point only being accessible by all classes from the ramps seems like an issue. Maybe bridging it to the buildings next to it or lowering it so that the gap can be jumped would make it better. But I still haven’t played the map in a HL or 6v6 game, so these are just observations.

I played some 4v4 on this map and it suits the gamemode quite well. The death pit wasn’t a problem eventhough both teams were running fulltime pyro. We didn’t use engineers or heavies, but the amount of ammo around the point might encourage the usage of those classes.
