the doors don’t need to be rooms, can just aswell be a storage cabinet or control panel.
i think you just need a bit more imagination :p
the issues you brought up will be fixed next version, thanks for telling me :)
although most of them were known i’m still very grateful you took the time to show me.
i’ve heard a decent amount of complaints about the captimes on 2nd point being relatively slow: these will be reduced again next version.
also archy, you’re the first to tell me you’ve noticed the waterfall in the air, i was hoping nobody would notice :D
When is this next version comming out? :)
rc9 -> rc10
*decreased captimes a bunch
*added different levels of height on middle ground
*added a rock at second cp
*corrugated metal at second cp has been stretched out to provide more cover
*added a little catwalk of dirt at second cp
*added little ammobox on battlements
*added a lot of details
*fixed the sticky doors
*fixed a lot of bugs
*frog still hasn’t been found (cookie is getting stale)
*fixed the overlappings
*equalised ledges on middle
*won’t update the map for a while now

since i’m leaving tf2 for a while due to schoolwork (i’m a geek like that) i won’t be working on the map for at least a month.

The rar file can’t be extracted properly, also it’s only 8.5 mb so maybe that’s why.
As for the frog, when loading the map on rc9 the console says
“ERROR!: Can’t create physics object for models/props_2fort/frog.mdl”
Found the damn frog, give me the cookie :] (pm’d the screen :p)
anyways gratz on the release again, nice detailing!
With the rock and stuff I feel that CP2 is getting a bit small. But lets playtest it first.

no fair, noclipped through the _entire_ map, no freakin frog. (could running a pretty heavy fps config hide the frog? :o )
(like the edit on cp2 btw, needed to be smaller imo)

There is a small fault, cp3 near the big red arrow.
