Not me (as a mathematician). Nothing says you have to to write a fraction like 6/9 as 2/3.
Besides 6/9 of course shows that we are talking about 6 of the 9 classes and not 2 of 3 classes…
6 out of 9 is wrong anyway, max damage is 188 (mini crit airshot up close), so you can 1-shot 7/9 classes, all except heavy and soldier.
If you don’t count in the mini-crits you do a maxdamage of 140, so you can’t 1-shot heavys, soldiers, demoman, medic and pyro. That makes 4/9.

Then it would be useless. 75 damage point blank? That wouldn’t make it a sidegrade but a downgrade.
imo it would be very usefull if i could spam rockets anywhere and they did a solid 75 dmg (for all i care its 100, but thats prlly rediculous)
It would defo be a balanced weapon compared to normal rocket launcher as the dmg from that weapon is very low at long range.
w/e you say koeitje; a fast rocket launcher which does 75 dmg no matter what (mebe it needs to do 100 at real close range) would be a nice addition to the normal rocket launcher

Yep, this would be really fun. All that soldier does is spamming rockets the whole 30 min at choke points over longe range. Why longe range? Because the distance doesn’t matter.
Seriously, when the mini-crits will have been removed (I agree to remove them) and everyone can use jumps again without the risk of being killed by a mini-crit, no one will use this weapon. It will be simply too hard to hit anything. Point and click is a lie btw.

It would be the first weapon that rewards long range shots in a positive way, hitting some one with a direct hit to the body from very long range should be rewarded with proper dmg, not just 10 dmg.

Think for one minute about the proposal of max. 120 and 50% reduced falloff-damage:
That’s ~90 damage on midrange and still ~65 damage on longrange
First step is always the interclass-balance, then talk about 6v6 outcome, interclass-balance is if you will the sufficient constraint.

So do you stop making ridiculous suggestions for a weapon which will be banned or not used.

So what now? Spam or direct hit? Where would be the skill by doing this?
