Just like div4a: bit unfair for those teams who could make their way up but seems like they wont be able to, coz teams like Farm take the flag.

Etf2l should really reconsider their system.

Thats not fun for them and discouraging for real div3 teams with ambition to get into div2.
The best they can get is a relegation spot.
The admins should either get back into touch with the community or get replaced by people who are in touch with it.

Can I just second piece – and enlighten you on our clan situation.
Lineup – emptynoflow (demo), Tedman (scout), LD (ex IDAC), Inco (ex-div1 medic), me (pro scout?? :p) and my lil French freind Ran…
tbh i am new, div4 i can start at no problem, although I know I’m good enough to play in div3… but I think its a bit insulting to place the likes of empty and tedman into a div4 seeding??
Annoys me more when clans who have been promoted to higher divs have since lost a few or most of their key players, don’t even have a full squad yet but stay where they are cuz their spot was earned…. its hard to believe they will have a team setup with suitable teamwork to be able to play at those higher divs by next week.
GL to all – and any div 3 clans thinking they will fold – can we please take ur place? :D

What do you suggest then?
Remove a team from div2 that earned it’s promotion? Remove a team that finished the season in div2 and did not demote?
The admins can’t just magically create new spots in the divs, there are only so much places.

AN interesting point is raised though.
(a) Do you promote teams on current form + expected future form
(b) Or do you promote teams on position finished last season
It should have some clarity really. The last div1 spot was settled by a playoff match between the 3rd place finishers of season 5 in div2. If you wanted to have a playoff match between the strongest teams in contention, it would of been a different match and most likely a different team in div1. Maybe a clear rule would eradicate people’s false hope.

Results didn’t matter when making these divs :). There was simply not enough space in certain divs.
But seriously, just accept your spots and win the div you’re in :).

just get on with the playing and stop the moaning,
results will speak for themselves over the season the ones who are not meant to be there
will get out of it prety quick as mundain as that could be for certain teams like rawr ourselves or empathy,
