I ask people why they add me because I have a full friends list and get added by randomers who never talk to me a lot.

Erinome

What loco does is what more people should do but dont.
There are loads of other clans that are like rejects and give you a chance.
Even dignitas played with me, they didnt even know me and played with me like i had been there forever. And where very nice to me aswell.

So big credit to loco and all the other clans and people :D

This thread is now about shitnaz and his tf2 career. Discuss.

He will do his thang and proudly exclaimt o his parents: mEaTShiT 8(

Here’s how I, a generic 5 div player with no potential and no future, see it.

Higher divs worked hard and long to get where they are today. Every single player has achieved some massive experience. When one of the players leaves the team, the only logical thing for the remaining members of the team to do is search for a guy who can quickly replace their teammate. What that means is that they are gonna search for a guy with the most exp out there. And if the guy is from the same div, that should (usually) mean, he has the needed experience.

About the “I dunno where to get the experience to level-up :(“.
Well if you’re the one-and-only talented player in your team, then just abandon them and join someone-else. But instead of aiming higher, try searching for a determined team in the same div, maybe even lower. Or just play some pickups where people will know you better and give you a chance.

But it’s nice that some clan leaders give players in lower divisions a chance. This makes me all worm’n’sensitive inside :)

In my first pickup I managed to spam-kill fragga a few times. I recall him saying something like “Valve added a spam-class just to annoy the rest of the players” later-on (on irc).

In Lithuania, if you’re somehow sick you get thrown off a cliff sparta style.
FO, I am healthy!

By the way, to all the dudes saying “How are we supposed to get div3 experience if no one trials us”. Get this. If you join a division 4 team, practice together, stay strong, work hard, you can then play in division 3.

agree

tragett

uPS you’re fucking dumb, you ARE a div2 demo already ffs <3

Insight from a div4/3 clan who was recently recruiting.

We’re a bunch of english-speaking 20-25 y/o guys who are, mostly, from the UK.

We mentioned this (or something to this effect) in our recruiting thread. The chaps dealing with the recruiting found themselves getting very frustrated with the number of non-anglophones who were 5 years younger than any of us and lived in GMT+3.

It wasn’t elitism that had us not rushing to give them trials. It was the fact that they’re just never going to properly gel with us.

This is perhaps something to take into account.

Hahaha please continue this thread is fucking hilarious.

Whats so funny?

You are a good example Bash: Wotr picking you up, and you turned out to be a div 1 player. Eh?

Traget, ain’t gonna happen.I’m thinking of quiting gaming because I failed to convince my team that playing atleast ONE FUCKING pcw a week is a must during the summer. And I’m a bit bored of playin in pickups :P Even Pacas and Ragard decided they don’t really need to practice. That makes me a bit sad.

fallen seraph, in that case clan leaders should always mention that they need a guy from a specific region / who knows some particular language needed to successfully operate in the team.
