If a scout has mad aim the FAN is really dangerous. But, it does not have the stun effect, which is totally unfamiliar with tf2. So I don’t see any reason to ban it except that it’s overpowered/annoying.

It’s definitely annoying but nothing op about it really… scattergun scouts are a lot more dangerous, but somehow less annoying
