its caching problem, try rubbing a magnet over your harddrive

It seems to be updating by itself okay now (around 2am cet), so I’ll leave it a while and see what happens. It should weight officials more but the way it finds them is pretty sketchy.
(going to add little up and down arrows for rank changes. how exciting!)
