I think all we know about some bans and some of them has given to Russia players.
First of all I know blow and Kondor and I know that they are not cheaters.
If yo you dont think so, I can say that 10 May will be Tf2world Lan in Moscow and I can capture a video for you.

Every of banned players team was playing against Winneh’s team s7 pcw or mix, and now all of them are banned. Its because Winneh dont like to lose:]

If your assumption is true, you can add Fyr to that list cuz we also had a couple of pcw’s with s7 nowadays.
