only because you aren’t it doesn’t mean most of them aren’t.
my demo in the team is latvian who speaks fluent russian.
why shouldn’t they be included if some of them do speak russian?

I’ve been able to read serbian, kinda hard to understand but some of the words are.
don’t know about the other 2:p
there’s a reason for that though, and that is the cyrillic alphabet. Doesn’t make serbian russian just because they’re wannabees. I’d say the languages and dialects stemming from serbocroatian are more similar to other slavic languages like polish rather than russian but hey, you can read some of the words so it’s all russian amirite guuuys? xD :PPPPPPPPP

Wouldn’t call Serbs Russian wannabees, but I fully agree with rest. As I am working in tourism for the past 5 years, Slavic languages share a lot of similarities, but even more differences.
As for Russian, we share some words but not their meaning (example their world for colour is our word for a flower etc.)

Russians are everywhere, so basiclly all communities are russian? Might got this wrong, but its quite funny.
