the thing is you can have good spies, bad spies, and everything in between regarding of the division. a good spy can make a difference in your games but he won’t be the player that takes you up the ladder, that’s your other classes.

Not just that, a spy is hard to judge based on what you see. A lot of the work is in communication, and unless you can hear team comms you have no idea what a spy is doing behind the scenes. Sure they might get an awesome medpick, but they also might be feeding your team exactly where their medic is, what uber rate they have, where the sentry is, distracting the sniper, and just generally being seen.

And besides all this, we all know prem teams are just carried by their engineers.

if you have trouble proceeding in divisions i don’t think your lack of an e2 invite is the problem.
