Well, I am a demo but do you have any other classes?
Nobody here uses Skype, we only use TS2 or RaidCall.
Steveeatspie, you are going about this the wrong way. We don’t do things like this in tf2. If you have a team but need players you need to use this http://etf2l.org/recruitment/teams/ . But honestly, if you can’t find players for your team you should join someone elses team. That way you will get the experience needed to start your own team.
Also no one will take you seriously if you use skype, everyone in tf2 uses mumble.
Welcome to ETF2L, Steve. Please ignore the trolls.
This quote sums it up though:

You can create a recruitment post yourself, if you so wish, on this page: http://etf2l.org/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=recruit
To make a recruitment post as a team, you need to be in a team. To create a new team, use this page http://etf2l.org/wp/wp-admin/index.php?page=teams – but as pointed out in the quote above, you’re better off joining a team to get the hang of stuff first! :)
While you’re here, have a look at our newcomer guide: http://etf2l.org/help/new/
It’s slightly outdated (we’re working on that!) but 99% of it is still accurate.
Enjoy your stay :)
Looks like you are new here Steve! Add me on or give me yours so we can have a talk and explain you some things about doing team etc etc ;) I will be glad if i can help! :)
