Looking for a list of Div 4/3 Highlander Teams

Hey, we are just starting up our highlander team again in preparation for etf2l soon-ish.
Seems all the old teams we used to scrim against are either inactive/split up or div2+ now, so I have no scrim pals.
Could someone either link me to some Div4/3 teams or write me a quick list of a few, so i could arrange some scrims with them.
Any help would be much appreciated.

And yeh Quell i was looking at ugc, but theres been a lot of drama over what skill teams actually are div wise, so wasnt sure who to ask.
