Do you have FTP access to your server? If yes, add me and I explain everything to you.

Next time put a question mark at the end of the topic title if it is a question

Download the configs http://etf2l.org/configs/etf2l_configs_full_2013_07_23.rar

Upload those individual files to your /tf/cfg/ folder on your server via their file manager.

Join the server, get rcon and type in:
rcon exec etf2l_9v9_GAMEMODE (depending on the map of course).

Actually, nowadays the files should go to /tf/custom/anyname/cfg

Not on servers. Actually… maybe. Tested it, doesn’t work.

Interesting. That’s exactly how I have them on our server and they work. I even tried deleting the file and executing the config, and it said “file not found”. I also have TFTrue under custom/anyname/addons and it works from there.

AnimaL

why would you even put them in custom in first place, valve never said they need to go there

So it seems they work either way. Good to know.

Animal: because I like having my custom content in one folder.

Tested it again on our hiperz server to verify. Didn’t work. It would have been pretty cool to have stuff in custom/ETF2L/cfg, custom/mapconfigs/cfg etc.
