Both.
We’re preparing an announcement for the HL one. The 6s one will start later, though exact schedule for both cups is pending confirmation.

Finland,Sweden and Russia and perhaps Denmark are going to give up a player or two just because of this rule… I can’t see a reason for doing this, tbh. Is there a rule like that in european football,for example?

We don’t play football here. This rules is here because captain will not be able to take only his team or friend.
