Mixin with higher div people

Is there a way to get into mixes with d3 or even higher.
I know there is pixelpickup but it’s not the best way to get ~d2 mix up.
And since I haven’t played in high div teams I naturally don’t have that many guys on my friends that would be high div. Any advices?
add lolage, he’s always mixing/double mixing

Just add people from your country and ask them if they’d be willing to mix with you occasionally. The worst that can happen is that they say no.
