i think that a playoffs system would have to be put in place. or maybe a mini afs for prem and div1 knockout style?
besides the only teams that left were ones that were starting to realise that people could beat them by using unlocks. ie they had a more limited skill/ tactics set that newer prem teams. and Hypothetically just couldn’t handle the changes at the same rate that new teams could, because they couldn’t be arsed to put the time in and would rather run the same tactics every season. where as the new teams do :P

just have div1b. you cant grant them a place in prem if they want it, but you cant alter the divisions, so add a second div1, and make them work their way into the prem that way
no shoud only be 1 div1. thats why its div one. there is always only one div 1 if you make 2 div 1’s it becomes div 2!
