The AC team should never release evidence of why they banned the offender….its a bit like VAC having a delay on the ban – the less the hackers know about the methods they are caught with, the less they can do to counteract it.

They don’t need to release the methods just the demo’s then if people are aware of the ways in which to detect hackers they can do so themselves.
***Edit***
Unless they do this people can never be sure if there is a legitmate case to be had or not – Seeing as the admin team have little to no expieriance in catching hackers.
***Edit***
But ETF2L is not a democracy so they really shouldn’t

Nope, you can find them yourself if the hacker has uploaded them somewhere but otherwise no.

People should have the right to defend demself , obvious hackers can’t , but i think for the other , people who are banned wrongly… what can they do meh ?

Obvious hackers are easy to get , ac can ban dem easilly , but for people who are “potencially suspicious” (love this expression :p) should not be ban because they are not 100 % sure about it , maybe ac team could realease the list of people who are suspected with the aim to prevent people that they maybe are playing against a cheater and more and more people gona try to get an obvious proof of this guys .

Why would the AC team ban someone without 100% solid evidence that he hacks?

then this “potentially suspicious” would be seen as a “these people hack, but we don’t have proof yet”, and you would get prejudices against players who don’t necessarily hack at all. bad idea.

Because they can’t get 100% proof and they’re often under pressure from the community to get rid of someone therefore they make a rushed desicion

**edit***
Also there is a list of potential hackers and therefore the inexperianced staff go into the decision with biased outlook from the start off.
but
ETF2L is not a democracy

because 100% proof doesn’t exist in situations like this.

they already gave for argument for a ban : “potentially suspect”

chris , isnt a better idea to prevent people that someone is suspicious instead of instant ban him ?
