Afaik, the only thing we need is the correct API key from Valve. DeNeusbeer goes on vacation on Sunday though so let’s hope we get that info asap :>

My team still hasn’t received medals even though the checker says we’re eligible for a participation medal.
EDIT: Disregard this didnt realize they only added the models.

i have asked this before but would like a little clearer answer
on my old account i competed in the highlander with hypnotics i played the tournament with them and i think we only had one loss….do i still qualify for a medal or not?
idk anymore… lol

We played all our games so yes, you are eligible for a medal on your OLD account.
The problem isn’t on etf2l’s end. Go send Robin Walker some nice emails if you want to speed it up!
