The biggest difference in my eyes is unbuffed double jump is a 1 shot kill (almost, 30+45+20) from no gunboats and a two shot kill with gunboats. Anyway I don’t really care if they’re banned or not. +1 for black box unban though.

an airshot from a pipe / rocket or a midair meatshot will stop you dead in your tracks (effectively one shot killing you as you will die in a matter of seconds as your slowly descending in one place and the majority of the team is focusing on you..) regardless if you have gunboats on or not when you are unbuffed

besides a suiciding soldier is called a suiciding soldier for that exact reason, you are fully expecting to die but at the expense of their demo / medic / forced uber
