PCW screenshots doubt.

Hello everyone, i signed up with my new team to the etf2l season 8, but i have a doubt that nor the forums nor the post regarding infromation solved, it talks about making pcw screenshots against higher division teams to prove that you are worthwile to go to a higher division than the one they give you. My question is, when are those screenshots needed to be sent? When the etf2l admins put my team in a division, right now, in 2 or 3 days, i have to wait for an announcement?
Dunno if u understood my question. And sorry for my english if it’s bad.
