Here in EU you would fit in div4/3 (also targe is not allowed)

Division 6 = Division 6 skilled
Division 5 = Division 5 skilled
Division 4 = Division 4 skilled
Division 3 = Division 3 skilled
Division 2 = Division 2 skilled
Division 1 = Division 1 skilled

Ok many ppl saying what is supposed to happen on irc. Or they have given half the info and said that its all the other teams that skill fake.
This is what actually happens:
Div1=mid+
Div2=mid+
Div3=mid
Div4=mid+
Div5=mid-
Div6=mid-/low+
New teams=low+
Any mix team regardless of skill or nationality= low
So I recon an American mid player would probably have to advertise mid+?
