Ok then, we would have lost 4-2, maybe the goal would have carried momentum, so we have more possession and attack better.
But how the fuck can you ignore the awful defending? This is what I’m trying to point out, no matter if the goal was allowed, England’s defending was fucking awful!
With a better defence, yes we could have won, and maybe would have because all the goals conceded were retarded! But that’s the point, the goals we conceded were retarded and stupid!

don’t even know where to start… defending was god awful, i see better defending than that when playing in the park with mates.
one thing i disagree with is that we should change capello. he went with the old fashioned 4-4-2 which he thought more players would be comfortable with. he had good results with it leading up tot he finals, you can’t blame him for not changing it then, and it was too late to change by the time we played usa/algeria etc.
especially as we don’t have the players to play like germany did, chelsea/man utd can play like that because they buy their talent from overseas. germany actually train germans.

Germany were better by far, England once again have the problem of having fantastic players but not delivering the same for their country as they do for their clubs.
I hope the FA help England now and reshape the PL to get England back on track for the Euro’s.
I would have loved to see England play with more desire and passion at the start of the WC, I wouldn’t have been so gutted, but for some, it may be the last WC they take part in.
Lets hope, Aaron Lennon, Milner, Walcott, Johnson x2, Wiltshire, Welbeck and many others don’t do the same and take it for granted.
