If you haven’t heard: the iseries is moving to Ricoh arena, Coventry.
Full price tickets are now £97 but this no longer includes camping. Camping can be added to your booking at an additional cost of £20. Any tickets won from the previous event do not include camping.
Accommodation
I can’t offer too much on this currently. There were on-site hotel rooms available but they sold out within an hour of opening. The nearest couple of hotels may be fully booked by now it seems. There are others around but they are all taxi/driving distance. The nearest ones are http://insomniagamingfestival.com/accommodation/ here on this page.
There is some indoor sleeping to be announced. I don’t have any further details on that, other than I expect it will be something like a ~£10 fee. Bring an airbed/pillows/whatever and bunk down in a big room with lots of other people.
The camping is going to be next to the venue this time though, which makes things a bit easier. You will only be allowed access to the campsite if you have paid to camp (separate wristband).
The new arena looks fantastic so hopefully we can put on a good show! There’s even a casino :)) Ricoh is right by the UK’s largest Tesco so there’s plenty of snacks there. I’m not aware of any information on on-site catering yet, but I suspect there will be something.
Tournament hasn’t yet been announced but eyes peeled…

If you are still thinking about/wanting to stay in a hotel there are apparently rooms available in one of the nearer ones still. There’s an intention to try and run a shuttle service; nothing has been confirmed yet. See the below. 10 min drive distance.
